WARREN DOWDLE

Warren W. Dowdle has established himself as one of Idaho’s best trial lawyers.  He represents people who are injured by the negligence and carelessness of others. He also defends clients who have been sued and are in need of representation.  Mr. Dowdle has been lead counsel on 40+ jury trials and has tried case throughout the state of Idaho. 

Mr. Dowdle began his legal career at Racine, Olsen, Nye, Budge, and Bailey in Pocatello, Idaho where he focused primarily on insurance defense cases.  He then joined Sasser & Inglis in Boise and was lead counsel in several jury trials for the defense.

In 2003, Warren started Dowdle Law Office, P.C. and began representing individuals who were injured in accidents.  Mr. Dowdle has been the principal attorney representing clients who received a $1 million settlement in a personal injury farming accident and an $875K settlement for a personal injury motor vehicle accident.   In addition, Warren has assisted hundreds of other injured parties and has recovered several millions of dollars on behalf of his clients while working as a trial lawyer with Litster Frost Injury Lawyers from 2012-2018.      

Mr. Dowdle is a member of the Idaho and Utah State Bar and is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts.  Mr. Dowdle has also been an active member of the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and has presented and lectured on numerous issues pertaining to trial procedures and strategies with the ITLA and other associations. 

Lastly, and most important, Mr. Dowdle is happily married to his college sweetheart, Darlene and they are the proud parents of 5 children and 1 grandchild, with hopes of many more to come.   Warren is active in church and community programs and has volunteered with youth and sports programs for the last 25+ years.  Nothing is more important to Mr. Dowdle than his family and faith.
